O U R ✿ M I S S I O N
We are a small, artisanal creamery located in Sam's Valley, Oregon dedicated to sustainable agriculture, animal welfare and the art of mastering cheese.
Our story is about taking risks in pursuing your dreams, It’s about the love and dedication we have for our goats, our land, and the traditional craft of dairy farming and cheese making. But most importantly, our story is about connecting people to their food, its source, and the people and goats behind it.
It all started from the deep love I have for animals and from my desire to honor, preserve and dedicate my life to stewarding the land. -
A N I M A L ✿ W E L F A R E
It has always been important to me to prioritize the well-being of our goats before all else on the farm.
I’m truly in it for them.
Even so, I wasn’t expecting how deeply I have fallen in love with my animals and the special ecosystem that we’ve cultivated. I have immersed myself in their world, bonded with each of them in ways that are impossible to articulate and I’ve become a better farmer for it. They have opened my world and my heart to a life more meaningful than I ever imagined.I’ve realized that the quality of care I can provide directly impacts the quality of my product, and so as I scale moving forward, I never want to sacrifice that quality of care.

We believe that sustainable farming practices are essential for the health of our planet and our customers. As we continue
our growth, we will be incorporating rotational grazing practices to better care for our land and our animals.
Our dream is to build what I like to call "The Rainbow Pasture," where we cultivate a diversified habitat by growing combination of trees, shrubs, grasses, and other perennial and deworming crops into a single land-use system for the goats to freely graze. The idea is designed to protect the soil, improve the productivity of land and benefit the animals overall health whilst increasing socioeconomic benefits.
