It’s a small reminder of something we care deeply about: knowing the people who make your food. We believe there’s value in knowing your cheesemaker, and farmers - how they work, what they stand for, and the care we put into your food. 

This is the first in a series celebrating the hands and hooves behind our farmstead cheese.
